The Future in Our Hands

International Symposium on Dental Hygiene: ISDH2022

Finally, a Meeting in Person!

After two years full of challenges and not being able to meet in person, we are all very much looking forward to gathering and catching up with colleagues and friends during the International Symposium on Dental Hygiene in Dublin, Ireland, in August 2022! A symposium with education delivered over three days and a wide range of topics, speakers and presentations to choose from, a poster exhibition, and a large trade show. After which, delegates will be up to date about the latest (scientific) developments in the profession and the latest insights regarding new materials, products, and technical innovations.

IFDH CONFERENCES, SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS

Only weeks to GO!
We are fast approaching ISDH 2022.

ISDH 2022: International Symposium on Dental Hygiene

Over 750 Registrants from 30 Countries Already!

This is the final eNews update before we all meet in Dublin in August. It's been a busy few months for the Local Organising Committee.

Registration - Exhibitors - Posters

We have endeavoured to have as many people avail of the Standard registration rate as possible and to enable this, we extended standard registration until May 20th. With sponsor levels nearly sold out and limited exhibition space available we are excited for a very busy three days in August.

Catherine Waldron and the Scientific Committee went to work again, reopening the submission process for new poster applications. This was very successful in giving both national and international delegates, who may have missed out on the opportunity to present their poster to their peers in the first round.

ADHA Podcast

It's always lovely to hear of other people's impression of attending an ISDH, and we were delighted to hear Matt Crispin's excellent podcast from the American Dental Hygienist Association discussing with Kelli Swanson Jaecks MA, RDH and Jill Rethman BA, RDH and their plans for attending ISDH 2022 as House of Delegates representatives for the ADHA. Not only are they planning their time at the symposium but they are also taking some valuable time off to travel while in Ireland and Europe. Theatre & Musicals in Dublin

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour-Dreamcoat

Ireland has so much to offer we thought we'd look at what's on our doorstep to the Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) if you have a night off. The Bord Gais Energy Theatre is across the River Liffey from the CCD and if you are a fan of West End/ Broadway musicals, we are very lucky to have a production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour-Dreamcoat in town during the time of the symposium.
